How I Work

How the work actually gets done.

How the work gets done

01 · The first conversation

Free, and a real one. You tell me what you’re trying to build or what’s stuck. I tell you honestly whether I’m the right person — no pitch deck, no discovery invoice.

02 · Scope & plan

I map the actual problem, the risks, and the shortest path to something real. You get a clear plan and one point of contact — me.

03 · Build

End to end, one person accountable. Model and the machine it runs on, front end and firmware, storefront and serving layer — nothing gets lost in a handoff because there isn’t one.

04 · Ship & stand behind it

It goes live, it holds up, and I’m still here. I build for the load you’ll have in two years, not just the demo you need on Friday.

One builder, no lane — and one person you can hold accountable for the result.

Common questions

What happens in the first conversation?

You tell me what you're trying to build or what's stuck, and I tell you honestly whether I'm the right person. It's free — no pitch deck and no discovery invoice.

What do I get before the build starts?

A scope plan: the actual problem, the risks, and the shortest path to something real, with one point of contact for the whole project.

Who is accountable during the build?

I am. I build end to end — model and machine, front end and firmware, storefront and serving layer — so nothing gets lost in a hand-off.

What happens after launch?

It goes live, it holds up, and I'm still here. I build for the load you'll have in two years, and I stand behind the work after it ships.
